     We give you the OPTION to decide on a Taylor Made Service, unique to your specification, on discussion and agreement, to enable you, our costumer to feel confident that we will provide all the relevant benefits, to a satisfactory completion of your home in Spain.

    Costings are flexible and negotiable. Although the following OPTION packages are a guideline:

     On this Option we will do the same as the Gold Option, plus check that all the Snags have been undertaken by the Builder to a Quality Standard, when the Builder has confirmed they have completed the Snagging Lists provided.
